Cancellation And Refund Policies

No refund/cancellation after payment/check- in has been made. The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by fax or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 5 days before arrival for independent bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for group booking. Cancellation after these days will attract a night charge and 50% deduction. The guest will be charged the cost of the night if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
